Founded in 2001 by Rob Hartwell, following 13 years on Capitol Hill and 8 successful years with leading trade associations, Hartwell Capitol Consulting (HCC) has grown from a small consulting group into a global powerhouse. Beginning with four clients and operating out of the offices of the American Business Development Group, HCC has since expanded beyond traditional lobbying.
